Thanksgiving is just around the corner, but what you all really miss is Halloween, isn’t it? We hosted a big party this year and I made sure to take nice photos of all of our entrees into the costume contest! I hope you enjoy this photo album of shenanigans.
Voting was ranked and points were awarded accordingly. First place went to Maleficent! Second to Jake the tree/bird’s nest, which was a couple’s costume with the dog’s cardinal costume. We didn’t get a photo of the two of them together because we had to keep Tovi’s costume off for most of the night because the other dogs were tugging at it. Third place was awarded to the Flintstones.
My costume, because I know that you’re wondering, is of a ‘GHostess,’ who died trying to impress her guests. A very honest self-assessment. It’s comprised of a 1950’s dress, petticoat, apron and ghostly makeup. None of which I made myself; I only did the makeup.
